What Personal Information is Collected.  When you visit the network of AHMCC web sites, or visit an AHMCC office you will complete a qualification form or loan application that asks for personal identifiable information.  AHMCC may ask for additional information throughout the loan process.

Specifically, AHMCC will collect the following categories of personal identifiable information from you: name, phone numbers, social security, employment history, educational background, income, assets & liabilities, electronic mail address, and other financial information depending upon your stated loan preference.

How AHMCC Uses Your Information.  AHMCC uses the information you provide to service and process the qualification form or loan application, to assist you in obtaining a mortgage, and to evaluate your needs and financial capability in order to determine for what, if, any, mortgage loan product you may qualify.

AHMCC will not disclose any personal identifiable information to any affiliated or non-affiliated third parties, except when permitted by law.

When Permitted by Law.  AHMCC may share personal identifiable information it collects with the following:

·        Any party with whom AHMCC has your consent to share the information;

·        Any party with whom AHMCC needs to share the information in order to provide the product or service you request;

·        Any party who works on behalf of AHMCC to provide a product or service to you (unless AHMCC informs you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personal identifiable information AHMCC provides to them beyond what is necessary to assist AHMCC); and

·        Any party as permitted or required by law, such as credit bureaus, government entities in response to subpoenas and other legal processes.

Security.  AHMCC secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.  AHMCC secures the personal identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
